What does a “Virtual Camp” mean? How will these courses be held?
All classes will be held virtually via Zoom! Zoom is currently the most popular and easiest to use video meeting. Once you purchase a course, you will receive an email from ColaJazz and from Zoom with the link to your course. Be sure to save that link in a safe place. We suggest immediately adding it to your calendar including all the pertinent information such as date, time and the Zoom link.
How do you handle refunds?
We understand life can throw you curveballs. If you no longer can attend your purchased course, we will refund you 100% if your request is received by Tuesday, July 14 11:59pm. If your request is received after July 14, we will refund you less 50%.
Can I transfer my purchased course?
No. Due to the way Zoom works and our registration system, each course is locked into the email of the purchaser.
Where is my Zoom link? I did not get an email from Zoom.
Contact us with your order number from the ColaJazz confirmation email and/or your name and email along with the course name in question and we’ll send you the link. We will also send out an email in advance of the course with a reminder email including your Zoom link.
