H. Wade Johnson Quartet at St. John’s

St. John’s Episcopal Church is excited to host its second jazz concert in the music room, this time featuring South Carolina jazz master H. Wade Johnson. Wade is the Director of Bands for Benedict College, which recently won an HBCU Jazz Band competition in Norfolk, VA, judged by Wynton Marsalis. He has played with the greats, from Dizzy to the Marsalis’, from Fred Wesley to The Temptations. Wade and his quartet will play two sets of standards with a brief intermission.
