Created as a partnership between the Koger Center for the Arts and the ColaJazz Foundation, Live in the Lobby Jazz 2023: Nola to Cola will consist of six concerts held throughout the Koger Center for the Arts facility. Join us to experience this one-of-a-kind concert series designed for audiences seeking premier jazz and specialty experiences in an exceptional setting.

The Subscription Package includes six concerts and is on sale now at the Koger Center box office.
Package prices: General Public – $96, ColaJazz Members – $84, USC Faculty/Staff or Military – $72, Students – $36
(Building Restoration fee of $12 per subscription required.)

WESS WARMDADDY ANDERSON
Mardi Gras and Fat Tuesday Swing
Longtime Wynton Marsalis bandmate, the world-renown alto-saxophonist, Wess Warmdaddy Anderson, brings Mardi Gras and Fat Tuesday to life with the swinging, funky sounds on New Orleans.

Great American Songbook Jazz
Love Chet Baker? Harry Connick, Jr.? New Orleans trumpeter and vocalist, Jeremy Davenport, is the epitome of the modern day crooner and swooner.

JENNA McSWAIN
Vocal & Swing Jazz
Celebrated Columbia-native Jenna McSwain has been calling New Orleans home for over a decade. Her voice is stunning and piano playing is incredible.

DR. MICHAEL WHITE
Traditional Jazz
Clarinetest Dr. Michael White is regarded as one of the leading authorities and culture-bearers of traditional New Orleans jazz music. He has performed in over two dozen foreign countries, played on over 50 recordings, received countless awards, made multiple national television appearances, and been featured in major media publications.

DON VAPPIE
Creole Jazz
Award-winning banjo player Don Vappie is a 2021 recipient of the Steve Martin Banjo Prize and has been inducted in the 2022 American Banjo Museum Hall of Fame. A living legend and a keeper of the Creole musical flame, Don is a featured artist with orchestras, on movie and television soundtracks, and at concerts and festivals around the world.

EVE OF THE EVE OF THE EVE
Holiday Jazz
Celebrated trumpeter and bandleader Mark Rapp leads his group through fun and inspiring jazz arrangements of holiday classics. It’s the best way to cap off the holiday season and get ready for ‘ol Saint Nick!
