QUIANA PARLOR

Quiana Parler is the two-time Grammy Award-winning lead vocalist, composer, and lyricist for the internationally acclaimed roots music group, Ranky Tanky. A native of Charleston, South Carolina, Parler rose to prominence on American Idol, eventually touring with stars like Kelly Clarkson and Maroon 5 and performing on Saturday Night Live and The Tonight Show. Today, she uses her artistry to bring Gullah Geechee culture to global stages, including Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall, where she currently serves on the Musical Explorers Advisory Board.
