Featured Artist: Joe Davidian

Born into a family of musicians and raised on Black American Music, New York–based jazz pianist Joe Davidian has built a career rooted in feel-good rhythm, lyricism, and deep musicality. His early classical training and his master’s degree from the University of Miami helped shape the signature sound he carries to stages across the globe.

Davidian has performed with many of the greatest names in jazz and appears on dozens of recordings. He has released five albums as a leader—including two acclaimed live trio recordings from the Nashville Jazz Workshop.

In 2019, he won first prize at the Jacksonville Jazz Piano Competition, confirming his place as a compelling and indispensable voice in modern jazz piano.

He now performs regularly at top New York venues such as Smalls, Mezzrow, Dizzy’s, and Birdland, while maintaining a sought-after private teaching studio. His long-running trio, The Lost Melody, has released two celebrated albums, most recently I’ll See You Again (2022), a tribute to their mentor Vince Maggio.

Davidian continues to tour internationally and pursue new creative collaborations—bringing a lifetime of experience, heart, and artistry to every performance.
