Jazz album of the week

This week we feature a beautiful piano trio set by the amazing Kenny Drew, "Introducing the Kenny Drew Trio".

Recorded in 1953 for Blue Note Records, this introduction to Kenny Drew sets the stage for his further contributions to jazz, such as his role on John Coltrane's "Blue Train" as well as his countless sideman recordings. Drew plays a set of familiar standards (Stella by Starlight) and some not so familiar (Be My Love).

This 10" record is a must!!
