The ColaJazz Foundation who has brought to Columbia, SC an annual jazz festival, an annual summer jazz camp, Jazz for Young People concerts with the ColaJazz Little Big Band at the Koger Center for the Arts, after-school jazz workshops in partnership with Jazz at Lincoln Center, quarterly and monthly world-class performances and more(!) is proud to announce our newest initiative: SC Youth Jazz Orchestra: We Swing!
Launching in the Spring of 2022, the SC Youth Jazz Orchestra will celebrate the top young jazz artists in South Carolina. The students who win a place in the SC Youth Jazz Orchestra will have real-world performance and work opportunities throughout the year playing for public and private events accompanying world-famous jazz artists!
