jazz album of the week

This week we feature a solo piano recording by pianist Hank Jones, "Tiptoe Tapdance"!

Recorded in 1977 on the Galaxy label, this set finds Jones performing a mix of standards as well as hymnals. Hank Jones can do no wrong. This is a prime example that in spite of the changing jazz/music scenery of the 1970's, Hank Jones remains himself and true to his musical personality. We highly recommend this.
